As the Senior Graphic Designer at the Illinois Network of Child Care Resources and Referral Agencies (INCCRRA), I serve as the lead creative in translating internal brand goals into engaging, approachable designs for early care and education providers.

In 2025, I led the design for six events within a two-month span. The pieces shown here represent four of those events, all of which I developed from initial concept through final print production.

Pyramid Model Summit

For this project, I developed the full event identity, establishing a cohesive visual direction across all materials. I also collaborated on art direction and managed print production, ensuring consistency from concept through final execution.

Staffapalooza ‘25

Each year, INCCRRA hosts a statewide all-staff meeting in Bloomington, bringing together teams from across Illinois for two days of professional development and cross-county collaboration.

For the 2025 event, the theme centered on the 80s and 90s. I partnered with the event coordinator to develop a cohesive visual program that delivered a vibrant, nostalgic experience—designed to re-energize staff engagement and offer a creative break from their day-to-day work.

Annual Symposium for I/ECMHC

For this INCCRRA professional development conference, I developed a more corporate-leaning visual direction that aligned with the Infant/Early Childhood Mental Health Consultant brand, while ensuring each identity remained clearly distinct and recognizable.
